August 04, 2011 - It took the US Postal Service exactly 1 month to deliver a small package from here in Key West to a buyer in Georgia (that's the US state of Georgia, not the country, and that's a state that is next door to Florida!) Recently, we started converting all shipments that are to be delivered out of North America to ship by International Priority Mail. Way too many shipments are simply disappearing and, of course, eBay and PayPal will always side with the buyer when they report that a package doesn't arrive. We cannot afford to lose these packages, so we'll get a tracking number on the more expensive method and hope to reduce the losses.
July 22, 2011 - Yesterday, eBay rejected and removed 5 listings of Sack-Ups Gun Protectors from our FireHawk Technology store. Their reason? We had photographs of the product with an actual gun posted along with the description of the item. GASP!!! A gun!! eBay tells us that no photos of guns (even nail guns, for goodness sake!) are permitted to be posted. You'd of thought that I drew a picture of a gun in a 1st grade classroom. This great nation of ours is pretty bad off when we are afraid of an IMAGE of a firearm. Just think of the danger. It boggles the mind. Now you know why we have our own stores.

September 27, 2011 - I was thinking today, with all the chocolate candy already on the shelves for Halloween, why aren't there more products with Dark Chocolate?
